Award Winning Typeface AMIFER FOLIO marked the 400th anniversary of the publication of Shakespeare’s First Folio – the most renowned collection of the playwright’s works.

Working as Art Director at Shakespeare’s Globe together with Typeland I took inspiration from the delicate original woodcut illustrations featured in the Folio to commission a new dedicated typeface to mark this important anniversary.

︎︎︎Amifer folio reproduced patterns present in the First Folio as well as all the capital letters.
